A Note on Handmade Variations
The piece shown is one of the currently available sugar bowl. Because each sugar bowl is hand-thrown and hand-carved individually, yours will be unique with its own subtle variations in glaze tone and carved detail that make it entirely one of a kind. Available to pack as a gift just add your message at checkout and I'll include a handwritten gift note.

There's something quietly ceremonial about a proper sugar bowl the lift of the lid, the clink of the spoon, the moment before the first cup. This one was made to earn its place on your table.

Hand-thrown and hand-carved in my studio in Oranmore, County Galway, this stoneware sugar bowl carries the landscape of the Burren in its walls — the ancient limestone stonewall scene carved individually into each piece, so no two are ever quite the same.

The Lid & Spoon Slot The fitted lid keeps sugar fresh and dust-free, with a thoughtful slot cut into the rim so your spoon rests ready without lifting the lid aside. A small detail that makes daily use a little more considered.

Glaze The exterior is finished in a matte meadow green that echoes the Burren's rare flora quiet, grounded, distinctly Irish. Inside, the glaze shifts from warm caramel at the rim into sea greens and pearlescent turquoise, catching the light like a glimpse of an Irish rockpool.
