2. Product Information

All items sold are one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to their unique nature, exact replacements or exchanges are not possible. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and represent the item as accurately as possible.

3. Returns Policy

Return Accepted

• Returns are accepted withing 1 week days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original conditions
• Original packaging must be included when possible

Return Shipping

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• I recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
• Risk of loss during return shipping lies with the buyer until I receive the item

Return Process

1. Contact me to initiate a return request
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back at your expense
4. Refund will be processed once I receive and inspect the returned item

4. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed and payment processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my products, exchanges are not available. Each item is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece.

6. Shipping and Damage Claims

Reporting Timeframe

• Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Claims reported after 7 days will not be accepted

Documentation Required

• Clear photographs showing the damage must be provided
• Photos must show both damaged item and packaging
• Written description of the damage must accompany photos

Refund Process

• Valid damage claims will be processed for full refund
• Refunds will be issued once damage documentation is verified
• Damaged items may need to be returned depending on the extend of damage

7. International Orders & Customs

Buyer Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for all custom duties, import taxes, and fees
• These charges are determined by your country's customs processing

Important Notes

• Customs fees are separate from shipping costs
• Packages may be held by customs for inspections

9. Shipping Terms

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• I am not responsible for shipping delays beyond my control
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon shipment
