- Items must be returned in their original conditions
- Original packaging must be included when possible
Return Shipping
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- I recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
- Risk of loss during return shipping lies with the buyer until I receive the item

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back at your expense
- Refund will be processed once I receive and inspect the returned item

5. Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my products, exchanges are not available. Each item is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece.

- Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Claims reported after 7 days will not be accepted
Documentation Required
- Clear photographs showing the damage must be provided
- Photos must show both damaged item and packaging
- Written description of the damage must accompany photos
Refund Process
- Valid damage claims will be processed for full refund
- Refunds will be issued once damage documentation is verified
- Damaged items may need to be returned depending on the extend of damage
7. International Orders & Customs

- Customers are fully responsible for all custom duties, import taxes, and fees
- These charges are determined by your country's customs processing
